Who wouldn’t dream of being their own boss and can plan their own work as they want. There aren’t many people who work from home. No problem to sleep in
The biggest advantage of home office is that you don’t have to stress whether you make it to work on time or not. You actually slept in the office. Therefore you can easily sleep in.Offices in Prague are often furnished with fridge and coffee machine but if you forget coffee and snack you will be forced to wait till the lunchtime.
That doesn’t happen in the home office because all the food in the fridge is yours and when the coffee is out you can drink tea.
It requires lot of determination
Renting offices in Prague is expensive matter for the company so it might seem home office is great solution which would suit the employer as well as employees.
But not everyone is able to work on home office as efficiently and qualitatively. One needs great portion of patience and determination. At home there are many factors which influence you.
For example there is unclean kitchen, dirty floor or dirty dishes. One simply can’t fully focus on their work obligations and the work effort decreases.
Home office is fine but client meetings only in office
Work from home is surely much more pleasant but hardly would you invite your clients and business partners to your home. It is pieces of your privacy which needs to be protected.
You negotiate various transactions with your clients and with business partners you communicate about cooperation. It doesn’t make good impression when you solve these things only via e-mail or phone.
Personal contact is personal contact. Office is ideal for these visits especially when office for rent is in lucrative location.
